Going home

Your oncologist will schedule your discharge, prepare your prescriptions to take home and also send a hospitalisation report to your GP.

Before leaving the Center, make sure that you haven’t left anything in your room and also deal with any last formalities:

  • Settle the balance of the daily flat rate payment and any supplementary costs to be paid by you at the Admissions Desk on the 1st floor,
  • Collect your patient status reports detailing the duration of your hospitalisation,
  • Sign the discharge sheet (Signature sheet).

We will hand you your medical examination reports when you leave.

To facilitate the continuity of your treatments and include your GP in monitoring your therapeutic care, your oncologist will send a report regarding your stay at the Center and progress made in your treatment.

If your state of health so requires, and with the agreement of your oncologist, the nurse will help you choose a suitable and approved means of transport. A system for the reimbursement of these costs has been set up by the social security.
