Our teams comprise 76 health professionals, including 15 specialised doctors, who provide quality treatments every day of the year. In 2018 we saw and treated about 2,500 patients who underwent various types of therapies. Among them, 1,885 patients were treated in 40,000 radiotherapy sessions over the year.
Every year, the “Centre de Cancérologie de la Porte de Saint-Cloud” ensures 8,000 days of hospitalisation in its chemotherapy day clinic and administers 14,480 chemotherapy doses.

The “Centre de Cancérologie de la Porte de Saint-Cloud” is a private health establishment certified for the fourth time at the highest level (A) by the French Health Authority (HAS) in July 2016 without reservation or advisement.
It deals with almost all cancerous tumours in adults with predominance in pathologies of the prostrate, male and female genitalia, the breast, lungs and ENT sphere as well as digestive and hepatobiliary tumours.

The “Centre de Cancérologie de la Porte de Saint-Cloud” is in Boulogne-Billancourt, a district ideally situated in the peaceful, green setting of the Bois de Boulogne and close to the amenities of Paris.

A team comprising 76 health professionals, including 15 specialised doctors, are on hand throughout the year.
Great emphasis is placed on providing tailored support so that your stay among us and treatment run as smoothly as possible:
- Consultation with your oncologist or radiotherapist;
- Special consultation with a nurse or radiologist (support nursing and identifying patient needs prior to commencement of treatment);
- Tailored pain management;
- Consultations upon request with a nutrition doctor, psychologist, social welfare assistant and beauty advisors
The Center is equipped with a Radiotherapy hub comprising 3 linear particle accelerators and a dedicated scanner, a Chemotherapy outpatient department that is authorized to handle 20 patients at a time and a Medical Hospitalisation department comprising 9 hospital beds.
The establishment is committed to an ongoing policy of quality and risk management in which patient satisfaction and safety are the core preoccupations of all members of its professional teams.
Our history
The Center developed along with technical progress made in cancer treatments. Based on experience that spans nearly half a century, the “Centre de Cancérologie de la Porte de Saint-Cloud” has become specialized in the non-surgical treatment of cancers in adults, regardless of the stage of development of the pathology.
- At the beginning, in 1967, the Centre had a Cobalt high energy appliance and carried out radiodiagnostics. The establishment has always kept pace with therapeutic developments by equipping itself with cutting-edge Radiotherapy material.
- In 1969, the comprehensive Medical Hospitalisation unit opened enabling Curietherapy procedures to be carried out.
- In 1985, the Chemotherapy outpatient department opened; it was extended in 2004 to 20 places.
- The department was completely renovated in 2010, and the cytotoxic preparation unit was equipped with an isolator and air conditioning system for the cleanrooms.
- In 2011, a Synergy accelerator was commissioned in March to replace the Orion
- In 2016, the most recent of our particle accelerators, the Versa replaces the Primus on March 7.
